How many sites does the Premium WordPress Support plan cover?
Our plans cover ONE site. If you need additional sites to service, please purchase two or more of our packages.

What do you mean by 24/7 Premium WordPress Support?
Most non-urgent jobs are completed M-F during regular business hours (9AM-5PM CST). We are always monitoring the tasks, so if something urgent comes in on off hours (including weekends) we can call in one of our experts to help.
How long does a job take to complete?
We allow up to 24 hours to complete a job. However, because we pride ourselves on customer service, we normally complete the task same day, usually within a few hours of submission.
I’m thinking about purchasing a package...when will you resolve my problem?
Our team will start working on resolving your issue the same day you sign up. If you sign up on a weekend, we will resolve it the following Monday. We first need to check your site and details, and then activate your account. Once you are active and live, you can start submitting jobs.
What defines a "Small Task" ?
Many things, actually. If you are unsure about if your “small task” qualifies as “small” just contact us. You can also purchase a package and if we cannot help you, we’ll refund you completely.
Do I have to have a subscription?
No, we do one-time jobs as well. Please contact us for more details.
Are there any limits to what you guys can do?
To ensure customer satisfaction, we only do small 30 minute projects on our basic Premium WordPress Support package. So 30 minute and under projects are fair game, anything more complex or longer requires an upgraded package.
Can you build me a New Site?

I don’t have WordPress, can you still help me?
At this point, we do not support Drupal, Joomla, Twitter Bootstrap, Magento, OpenCart, or any other platform. We only offer service for WordPress. However, if you need help converting your site to WordPress, please contact us for more details!
Who is your Team? I’m worried about security!
Don’t worry. We have an in-house team of developers who are permanent. We do not outsource. You will be working with an American developer who is trained on keeping information confidential and your credentials secure. We do not have one-off developers to help us.
Is the Monthly Subscription a Contract?
No. We do not do contracts here. You can cancel anytime. You will be billed using a monthly subscription service.
